梅子烏龍茶

The schizandra berries give it that nice tart bite that wakes up the amber oolong instead of getting lost in sweetness. I've been drinking it cold-brewed in the afternoons and the plum comes through clean and juicy.

Brewed a pot after dinner and the tart plum kick hit just right against the mellow amber oolong, especially with that schizandra tang lingering on the finish. Sipped it slowly while it cooled and it stayed fruity without turning bitter. A lovely cup to unwind with.
