The malty kick in this brew is exactly what my mornings needed—it’s smooth going down but still has that robust backbone. I’ve tried bagged versions before, but the loose leaf steeps richer and leaves a cleaner finish that doesn’t turn bitter if I get distracted.

I’ve tried a lot of black teas that turn bitter by the second cup, but this one stays smooth and malty right to the bottom of the pot. The clean finish really does make it a no-fuss morning staple.

This is my second order and the loose leaf still brews that smooth, malty cup I look for in the morning, with a clean finish that doesn't get bitter. The only reason it's not five stars is the bag isn't resealable, which feels like a small oversight for a daily tea.
