The wok-tossed leaves give this tea a toasty depth that balances the tart pomegranate beautifully. I steeped a heaping spoonful for three minutes and the tangy kick hit my palate just right. This is my new afternoon ritual.

The tart pomegranate flavor is nice, but it fades fast after the first steep. The wok-tossed green tea leaves are smooth, though I wish the blend had a bit more depth for the price.
