Grabbed a pack for my morning routine, and the 2-gram packets are so perfectly pre-measured that I don’t even think about scooping anymore. The ceremonial-grade matcha is smooth and earthy, and the freshness from being packed at origin really comes through in the cup.

The freshness is what got me — since these are packed at origin, each packet tastes like the first one I opened three weeks ago. I just tear one open, whisk it in, and I’ve got a perfect cup without measuring or worrying about the rest of the tin going stale.
