I’ve been spreading a bit on toast each morning and my throat feels less scratchy within a week—the texture is smooth and it dissolves easily in tea. Also nice that a little goes a long way, so the jar should last me a couple of months.

I spread it on toast every morning and my sore throat clears up noticeably by day three. The texture is thick and smooth, not gritty at all, and it takes my daily wellness routine up a notch.
