That first steep turned such a pretty pale pink in my glass, and the apple note really comes through as it cools. It's delicate but has way more flavor depth than your average Darjeeling, perfect for slow weekend mornings.
I wasn't expecting the liquor to turn that pretty pinkish-amber, but it did exactly as advertised. The apple note is subtle, not fake-sweet, and it’s smooth enough to drink without milk.
First steep fills the kitchen with that floral, almost fruity aroma, and the liquor really does turn that pretty pink-amber shade. The apple note is subtle but unmistakable, and it's smooth enough to drink black without a hint of bitterness.
