This blend really does help me ease into the evening, and the loose-leaf format means I can adjust the strength to my liking. Only giving four stars because the flavor is a bit milder than I’d prefer, but it’s become a calming part of my wind-down routine.

The loose leaf format means I have to mess with a strainer every night, which is a bit of a chore when I'm already tired. That said, the aroma alone does seem to calm me down a little as I sip it. It's fine for the price, just not the magic bullet I was hoping for.
