The chili flakes give it just enough of a tingle to make it interesting, and that citrus note really does cut through to keep it refreshing. I’ve been reaching for a cup every afternoon when I need to reset, and it warms me right up. This is exactly the kind of tea I didn’t know I needed.

It’s an interesting sip, that’s for sure—the citrus really does balance out the chili heat nicely, but the warmth fades pretty fast once it cools. I’ll finish the tin, though the loose-leaf brewing adds a bit more effort than I usually want on a weekday.
