Egyptisk kamomillte

I usually drink chamomile to wind down before bed, but this one’s so smooth and gently sweet that I’ve started brewing a cup mid-afternoon just for the calm it brings. The flavor stays round and soothing from the first sip to the last, no bitterness creeping in.

The loose leaves are so fluffy and fragrant the moment you open the bag, and the brew itself is genuinely sweet with that round, calming finish. I’ve been sipping it mid-afternoon instead of my usual coffee, and it settles my nerves without making me sleepy.
