I was skeptical about detox teas, but this one actually tastes like a proper cup of herbal tea instead of a chore. The citrus and berry notes come through nicely, and it’s gentle enough that I didn’t feel jittery or rushed. Two cups a day and I’m noticeably less bloated by the end of the week.
The citrus and berry notes come through nicely without being too sweet, and the loose leaf steeps into a smooth cup that doesn't taste like medicine. I’ve noticed my digestion feels more regular since starting it a couple weeks ago, which is exactly the gentle effect I was hoping for.
I’ve been drinking a cup every morning for about a week now, and it’s surprisingly gentle on my stomach while still doing the job. The loose leaf steeps into a nice, smooth cup that doesn’t taste overly herbal or bitter like other cleanses I’ve tried.
