Mānuka-honning

The jar has that dense, almost buttery consistency that spreads easily, and I love that it's become part of my morning routine. It's a nice touch knowing I can use it on my skin too, so one jar covers both needs.

The texture is incredibly thick and smooth, and a small spoonful coats my throat in a way that feels genuinely soothing. I’ve been taking it every morning for a couple weeks now, and it’s become the one part of my routine I actually look forward to.
