Assam Gold Tea

The first steep came out a deep, glowing amber—exactly the rich golden infusion promised. The malty finish is smooth enough that I've stopped reaching for sugar entirely, and it holds up beautifully with a splash of milk in the afternoon.

This has completely replaced my morning coffee, and I don't miss it one bit. The leaves brew into a gorgeous golden cup with that deep, malty smoothness that keeps me coming back for a second steep every day.
