I brewed a big batch over ice this afternoon and the clean apricot-pear finish came through beautifully, even chilled. It’s refreshing without any tartness, exactly what I wanted for a hot day.

Steeped a cup hot this morning and the pink color is so pretty, plus the apricot and Asian pear finish is genuinely clean, not syrupy. I’ve already made a big pitcher of it iced for the afternoon, and it holds up just as well cold.

The apricot flavor is so clean and natural, exactly like biting into a ripe one, and the pretty pink color it steeps makes it feel special. I've been enjoying it hot in the evenings, but I can already tell this is going to be my go-to iced tea once the weather warms up.
