I brewed a cup after dinner last night and the minty lift with those delicate floral layers genuinely calmed my head before bed. Even the second steep held its gentle character, which surprised me for a loose leaf this light.

The floral notes are subtle enough that the mint never gets overpowering, which makes it my go-to when I need to unwind after dinner. I’ve been brewing a cup most evenings for the past two weeks and it genuinely leaves my head feeling clearer and my mood noticeably lifted.

I’ve been keeping a small tin of this on my nightstand, and it’s become my favorite way to wind down after a long day. The delicate floral notes really do linger nicely alongside the mint, and it genuinely lifts my mood without keeping me awake.
