The creamy floral notes are so calming that I've made this my afternoon ritual, and the Shatavari really seems to take the edge off my stress. Brews up a lovely deep pink from the hibiscus and tastes smooth without any bitterness.

The floral sweetness of the hibiscus comes through without being tart, and the creamy finish makes it feel more like a treat than a tea. I’ve been drinking a cup each evening and actually notice the calming effect, especially after a stressful day.

I keep a mug of this on my desk during the afternoon slump and the creamy floral taste is somehow both calming and uplifting. The Shatavari really does make it feel more grounding than my usual herbal rotation.
