Perle di Gelsomino

The hand-rolling is what got me—each little pearl stays intact until it hits hot water, then those tender buds open up like a slow bloom. I’ve steeped it three times and the fragrance keeps coming, soft and floral without ever turning bitter. This is my new evening ritual.

The pearls unfurl beautifully and the jasmine scent is fragrant without being overpowering, which I appreciate. It's a touch pricier than my usual green tea, but the hand-rolled quality feels worth it for a slow afternoon cup.
