The cinnamon comes through warm and cozy while the turmeric adds a subtle earthiness—it's genuinely calming without making me sleepy. I've been brewing a sachet mid-afternoon instead of coffee and the lack of caffeine actually helps me focus better.

The turmeric and ginger give it a real warmth without any bitterness, and the fact that it's caffeine-free means I can sip it late in the evening without tossing and turning. A single sachet steeped for about five minutes leaves a nice, gentle kick that does feel like it wakes me up.

The aroma when the water hits these sachets is like a warm hug—turmeric and cinnamon come through just right, and it's surprisingly calming for a morning drink. I've swapped my usual coffee for this on workdays and feel just as alert, minus the jitters.
