The name change from 6:00 PM makes sense—this is exactly the cup I reach for when the day needs to wind down, and that sweet, spicy edge keeps it from being just another floral tea. Steeps up a lovely thin liquor that's surprisingly refreshing for a chamomile blend.
The liquor really is thin and clean, but it still carries that soft floral chamomile depth I need to wind down. This has become my nightly ritual since I switched from bagged tea.
The sweet and spicy note that comes through under the florals is my favorite part — it makes the cup feel cozier than plain chamomile. I’ve been brewing it every evening since it arrived, and the thin liquor keeps it from feeling heavy before bed.
