شاي إيرل غراي

The loose leaves are hefty and dark, not dusty bits, and they hold up beautifully for a second steep. This is my go-to for a 3 p.m. slump, and the full-bodied Sri Lankan base gives it a richness that plain black tea just can't match.

The bergamot aroma hits you the second the hot water touches the leaves, and the full-bodied Sri Lankan base keeps its bold character even after a second steep. I've already ordered another pouch for the office.

The bergamot fragrance unfolds gently instead of overpowering, which makes the whole pot feel smooth and refined. These full-bodied Sri Lankan leaves hold their strength through a second steep without turning bitter, so it's become my daily afternoon ritual.
